At Venom Crafts, we take great care in crafting your handmade wooden furniture. Due to the personalized and meticulous nature of our work, our production time and shipping process are designed to ensure the highest quality. Please review the details of our shipping policy below.

Production Time

Each piece of furniture is handcrafted with the utmost attention to detail. Our production process takes up to 7 weeks from the time you place your order. This timeline allows us to carefully select materials, craft your furniture with precision, and conduct thorough quality checks before shipping.

Shipping Timeframe

  • Estimated Shipping Time: After your order has completed the production stage, it will be prepared for shipping. Shipping typically takes between 2 weeks to 1 month depending on your location and the shipping method.
  • Shipping Delays: Please note that the delivery time may vary based on factors beyond our control, such as shipping carrier delays, customs processing for international orders, or unforeseen circumstances like natural disasters. While we do our best to provide accurate estimates, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

Shipping Costs

Worldwide Shipping: We ship worldwide, and international shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international customers may be responsible for additional customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This tracking number allows you to monitor your shipment’s progress in real-time. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

Packaging

We take every measure to ensure that your furniture is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.

Unforeseen Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated timelines, unforeseen delays can occur. We will keep you informed of any significant changes to your expected delivery date. Please understand that once the package leaves our facility, we are unable to control the speed of delivery.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Address Changes

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at the time of placing your order. If you need to make changes to your shipping address after your order is placed, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order is in transit.
