Orders Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to accommodate your needs as best as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below to ensure a smooth process.

Order Cancellation

  • Standard Orders: You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it without any penalty. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as production will have begun.
  • Custom or Made-to-Order Items: Due to the personalized nature of custom or made-to-order furniture, cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours of order placement. After this timeframe, cancellations cannot be accepted as work on your custom item will have commenced.

How to Cancel Your Order

  • Contact Us: To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible at diana.davydoff@gmail.com or @VenomCrafts. Please provide your order number and details.
  • Cancellation Confirmation: Once we receive your cancellation request, we will confirm whether the cancellation is possible and provide you with further instructions.

Refunds for Cancellations

If your cancellation is successful, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Non-Cancellable Orders

  • Custom Orders: Please note that custom or made-to-order items are non-cancellable after the initial 24-hour window, as they are crafted specifically to your requirements.
  • Shipping: If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, please refer to our Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges Policy for further guidance.
